After downloading

Windows

Run the installer and open a new terminal so the updated PATH is picked up. Then run goanime.

macOS

In a terminal, in the download folder:

$ brew install mpv$ chmod +x goanime-darwin-universal$ sudo mv goanime-darwin-universal /usr/local/bin/goanime$ sudo xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /usr/local/bin/goanime

Linux

Install mpv with your package manager and, in the download folder:

$ tar -xzf goanime-linux-amd64.tar.gz$ sudo install goanime-linux-amd64 /usr/local/bin/goanime

Other ways to install

Arch Linux (AUR)

$ yay -S goanime
$ paru -S goanime

With Go

$ go install github.com/alvarorichard/Goanime/cmd/goanime@latest
